You, me & a stormy afternoon…

These two might just be my favourite people in the world to shoot. Could you argue that I am a little biased because this is my little brother and his beautiful fiance? Maybe… but I have shot them three times now, and every time is an absolute joy.

This photoshoot with my little brother and his fiance was spur of the moment kind of shoot. Completely unplanned, and candid. Just an evening to create and capture some genuine memories... my favourite kind.

I love shooting with them because you can’t help but smile in the presence of their love. You can feel their connection in every shot; every moment and the joy in that is contagious. And with them it’s always a laugh. By the end of these photoshoots my cheeks and stomach hurt from laughing so much because as tender and loving towards each other they are - they are also incredibly goofy, and it’s downright hysterical. And as a photographer I love to capture moments that are not only the ones you want to frame and display on a wall, but also those goofy in between moments - the ones that you will look back on and will make you laugh. ‘
