Pancake Bowls with Kodiak Cakes

when our friends over at kodiak cakes asked us to develop a recipe, photograph and shoot a video for single serve pancakes in a bowl, all we could say was sign us up!

this is such an easy recipe with so many flavour possibilities, so we decided to give you three ways to dress up this simple pancake. A classic butter + maple syrup, peanut butter chocolate chip and blueberry granola.
