Exploring new places

We are always amazed at the wilderness we can find when we just take the jeep for a little ride off the beaten track. there are so many hiddden beautiful places to discover here in BC and we feel so lucky, not only to be able to call this amazing place home, but also to be able to explore this place for our job.

The other day we were itching to take the jeep for a 4x4 ride, and just decided spur of the moment to take a break from our computers, grab a 4 pack of Smugglers’s trail and head out to explore.

we were pretty stoked at all the roads we found pretty much in our own back yard and We had to resist the urge to explore every single one pretty hard. instead we opted to give cas, (that’s jer’s jeep - short for casper) a little work out and take one crazy route down a super steep, narrow, rooty and muddy track to a sweet little lake spot.

let’s be real it was a little gnar getting down, but definintely a blast and worth it. no better place to crack open a beer.
